3. Place the sausage adapter and stuffer on the
end of feed screw.
4. Screw the locking nut on until it is
"hand tight".
5. Push and gather the sausage casing (using
either real or synthetic casing) over the
sausage stuffer and knot the end.
6. Take out the release lever and remove the
front cover from the top housing.
7. Place the grinder housing that was assembled
complete with the filler neck upwards into
the spiral drive, then release the lever until
it fixed.
8. Place the food tray on the filler neck of the
grinder housing.
9. Put the sausage mixture on the food tray and
into the filler neck.
10. Connect the device to a 220-240 V, 50 Hz safety
contact power socket.
11. Adjusting the levels at 1-4 by the speed knob.
12. If necessary push the sausage mixture with
the food pusher. Please do not follow this up
with your fingers
13. Twist the casing into desired link size and
shape as the meat fills it.

Thermal cut-out

The appliance has a thermal cut-out. If the
motor gets too hot, the appliance will switch off
automatically:
1. Switch the appliance off.
2. Remove the power supply plug.
3. Allow the appliance to cool down to room
temperature.
