6. Place the grinder housing that was assembled
complete with the filler neck upwards into
the spiral drive, then release the lever until it
fixed.
7. Place the food tray on the filler neck of the
grinder housing.
8. Put the minced meat on the food tray and
into the filler neck.
9. Connect the device to a 220-240 V, 50 Hz safety
contact power socket.
10. Adjusting the levels at 1-4 by the speed knob.
11. If necessary push the minced meat with the
food pusher. Please do not follow this up
with your fingers
12. Cut the continuous hollow cylinder into the
desired lengths while it flows out.

Note:
• Cut the casing into 2 or 3 feet lengths. Prick
with a pin to allow air to escape while stuffing.
• Take care that the sausage casing is filled
"loosely" as the meat will expand slightly when
cooking it.
• If you decide to use real skin, let it soak in
water for a while before use.
• You can turn off the device after each single
sausage length until you are more experienced
1. Please ensure that the speed knob is turned
to "0"
2. Place the feed screw into the grinder
housing.
