Measurements of DC currents with shunts

With 100mV test shunts, the C.A 406 allows the measurement of DC currents
up to 100A DC.

Use the 50µA – 100mV DC range

Connect the C.A 406 as shown in the diagram.

Read on the 100 scale.
10A Shunt: reading x 0.1
100A Shunt: reading x 1
NB: There is no current limit as long as the shunts used have a voltage drop of
100mV at the terminals.
