RESISTANCE MEASUREMENTS

Warning: Do not make resistance measurements on live circuits.
Calibration (diagram 1)

Place the switch on the appropriate Ω range.

Short-circuit the prods and set the needle to 0 on the Ω scale (blue) by using
the calibration potentiometer located next to the Ω ranges.
NB:

The power supply of the ohmmeter is provided by a 1.5V battery; if the
calibration cannot be done, replace the battery.

Check that the resistance of the 160mA fuse does not exceed 10 Ω, otherwise
calibration will be impossible on the Ω x 1 range.
