2.10 ELECTRICAL PROTECTION


1 fuse 3.15A 6.5 x 32 HPC 50kA 380V AC protects all the ranges and
particularly the 1A DC, 300mA and 3A AC ranges.

1 fuse 160mA 5 x 20 protects the following ranges from accidental overload
on the 110V or 220V mains supply: 100mV DC; 1mA to 100mA DC; 0,3mA to
300mA AC Ω x 1 and Ω x 10

3 REPLACING FUSES / BATTERY

Access to the fuses and to the battery is by opening the back of the case.
- The case can only be opened if the leads are disconnected.
- Respect the polarity when changing the battery.
