zur projektspezifischen Dokumentation ge -
hört.
4.6.1.2 Rohrleitungseinführungen
Es dürfen nur Rohrleitungseinführungen einge-
setzt werden, für die eine EU-Baumusterprüfbe-
scheinigung einer anerkannten europäischen
Konformitätsbewertungsstelle nach den euro -
päischen Normen EN 60079-0 und EN 60079-1
bzw. für die eine Zulassung von Underwriters
Laboratories bzw. CSA (C US) vorliegt. Eine mit
Vergussmasse gefüllte Zündsperre wird direkt
am Gehäuse oder durch das entsprechende
Zubehör nach den Instruktionen des Herstellers
bzw. der EN 60079-14 angebracht.
4.6.2 Auswahl der zugehörigen Kabel
Es dürfen nur Kabel und Leitungen eingesetzt
werden, welche die folgenden Mindestanforde-
rungen erfüllen:
– aus thermoplastischen, duroplastischen
oder elastomeren Materialien
– in hohem Masse fest und kreisförmig
– nur extrudiertes Einbettungsmaterial zwi-
schen den Einzeladern
– die Füllstoffe dürfen nicht hygroskopisch
sein
4.6.3 Leitungsdurchführungen im druckfesten
Gehäuse
Zwischen dem druckfesten Gehäuse und dem
Anschluss- bzw. Steuerkasten werden Leitungs-
durchführungen eingesetzt, für die eine EU-Bau-
musterprüfbescheinigung einer anerkannten
europäischen
Konformitätsbewertungsstelle
nach den europäischen Normen EN 60079-0
und EN 60079-1 vorliegt. Diese dürfen nicht ver-
ändert oder ausgebaut werden. Nicht benutzte
Öffnungen sind werkseitig mit einer Blinddurch-
führung verschlossen.

4.6.1.2 Entrées de conduite
Seules doivent être utilisées des entrées de
conduite avec certificat de type UE établi par un
laboratoire européen reconnu au sens des
normes EN 60079-0 et EN 60079-1, à savoir de
underwriters laboratories et CSA (C US). Un
système contact-ceinture rempli d'un compound
est appliqué directement au boîtier ou au moyen
d'un composant approprié, ceci conformément
aux instructions du fabricant, à savoir conformé-
ment à la norme EN 60079-14.
4.6.2 Choix des câbles adéquats
Seuls devront être appliqués des câbles et des
conducteurs répondant aux exigences mini-
males suivantes:
–
en matériau thermoplastique, durodurcis-
sable ou élastomère
–
essentiellement solide et rond
–
uniquement de la matière extrudée entre
les différents conducteurs
–
les substances de remplissage ne doivent
pas être hygroscopiques
4.6.3 Passages de câbles dans le boîtier
antidéflagrant
Des passages de câbles seront appliqués entre
le coffret antidéflagrant et la boîte de connexion,
à savoir l'armoire de commande pour lesquels
un certificat de type UE attribué par un laboratoi-
re notifié conformément aux normes euro-
péennes EN 60079-0 et EN 60079-1 aura été
délivré. Ces passages ne doivent pas être modi-
fiés ou démontés. Les orifices non utilisés sont
obturés à l'usine par des passages borgnes.

4.6.1.2 Conduit entries
Only conduit entries may be used for which an
EU type-examination certificate has been issued
by a European Notified Body pursuant to the
European Standards IEC 60079-0 and IEC
60079-1 or that have been certified by Underwrit-
ers Laboratories and CSA (C US). A sealing fit-
ting filled with sealing compound is fitted directly
to the enclosure or by means of appropriate
accessories in accordance with the manufactur-
er's instructions and in compliance with IEC
60079-14.
4.6.2 Selection of cables
Use only cables and conductors that meet the
following minimum requirements:
–
Made of thermoplastic, thermosetting or
elastomeric materials
–
Exceptionally firm and circular
–
Only extruded embedding material
between the individual cores
–
No hygroscopic fillers used
4.6.3 Entry glands in the flameproof
enclosure
The glands used between the flameproof enclo-
sure and the junction or control boxes must pos-
sess an EU type-examination certificate from a
European Notified Body in accordance with
European Standards IEC 60079-0 and IEC
60079-1. These may not be modified or added
to. Any unused openings are blanked off with
blind plugs in the factory.
