Replacing rechargeable battery

Set the switch
Remove the solar cell unit
underside of the battery compartment

Remove the old rechargeable battery and insert a new recharge-
able battery in the battery compartment
(see Fig. B–C).
Then install all components in the reverse order. Be careful not to
damage the cable.

Troubleshooting

Note: This product has delicate electronic components. This means
that if it is placed near an object that transmits radio signals, it could
cause interference. If you notice that the product is malfunctioning, re-
move any sources of interference from the area of the product.
Note: Electrostatic discharges may cause product to malfunction. In
the event of such malfunctions, remove the rechargeable battery
briefly and reinsert it.
