a) CHANNEL PLAN
This allows users to select active channel plan from the 10 channel plans that can
be stored in the device (CCIR, EIA, HRC, IRC, OIRL, UK, AUNAD, ST2L, AUST,
ONO).
b) EDIT CHANNEL PLAN
The active channel plan can be edited, to do so, select this field and press the
select button to access the CHANNEL PLAN EDITOR.
The following figure shows a channel plan example. In the left upper margin, the
channel plan name appears (CCIR in the following figure). Next, the channels that
belong to this channel plan are listed. From left to right, the name (NAME) of the
channel, its associated frequency in MHz (FREQ.), the channel's tuning frequency
offset (OFFSET), the definition of channel type (TYPE); analogue (A) or digital (D) and
finally the option (ACTIVE): sets to ON (Y) or OFF (N) this channel.
The maximum number of channels in a channel plan is 140.
The Channel Plan Editor can be used to modify the tuning frequency offset
value between ± 2.5 MHz for each channel. Also allows users to view the complete
active channel plan, using the navigation buttons [7].
Once selected to a channel when pressing key EDIT [F4] will be acceded to the
display of configuration of the parameters of the analogue channel or digital (to see the
following display).
