8. Troubleshooting for the user

Heed Fig. 5 (Page 12).

8.1. Heating time exceeded

Problem: The control light 1 flashes 3 times after switch-on and then goes out.
The sauna heater does not heat up
Cause: The sauna control switches the sauna heater off automatically for safety
reasons after 6 hours of operation (heating time limitation).
Problem rectification: Perform the following steps to reactivate the sauna control:
1. Switch the sauna control off with the ON/OFF switch 4.
2. Wait for 10 seconds.
3. Set the lowest temperature with the temperature selector 2.
4. Switch the sauna control on with the ON/OFF switch 4.
5. Set the highest temperature with the temperature selector 2.
6. Reset temperature to the lowest temperature with temperature
selector 2.
► The sauna control is ready for operation again.
8.2. Error messages
Problem: The control light 1 flashes
Problem rectification: Check the wires to the heatersensor

8.3. Light does not illuminate

Troubleshooting:
1. Switch off the sauna control with the ON/OFF switch 4.
2. Switch off the main fuses of the sauna control in the fuse box.
3. Replace the bulb in the sauna light.
4. Switch the main fuse on again.
5. Press switch 3.
