Maintenance

Readings and checks in the above table should be made at least twice a year .
To be sure of proper operation of the unit and benefit from the terms of the
guarantee : take out a maintenance contract with the installer, or with an
approved service company.
Make a visual and auditive verification of the whole installation in operation.
Check that there is no water leak or oil traces around the unit and make sure

D The fuse of the card is out of order (F1). Fuse located behind the
supply connector (J4).
Type of fuse => 5 x 20 1A delayed
D The card is not supplied with electricity or the voltage is too low, check
the presence of 230V between J4.2 and J4.3.
D Measure the voltages between ref. 0 and +5, then between 0 and +NR,
then contact your After Sales Department.
D Check that parameter P.04 is on 0 and that P.15 is on 1
D Check that the AQUACIAT phase is connected to the ClimBox 2 phase
D The lights D21 and D22 are indicators of communication with the Clim-
Box 2, check their state and contact the After-Sales department. (the dis-
play lights are off if there is no dialogue)
D The voltage drops too much when starting. Check the installation elec-
trical components supply cable section, circuit breaker, etc.)

Keep the unit clean and, if required, clean the exchange coil with a product
adapted for the aluminium /copper coils, and rinse thoroughly with water.
Never use hot or cold water under pressure.
