ENGLISH
- A drainage device should be connected (hand pump sold as an
accessory), possibly to the Ø 50 lower coupling. To this end, saw 30
mm off the coupling and remove the burrs and the residual mate-
rial; connect the Ø 50 duct using the hose and the clamping collars
provided.
- For buried cabling, you are recommended to use the Ø 63 cou-
pling or, in combination with the drainage duct, the Ø 75 coupling.
To this end, saw 30 mm off the end and remove the burrs and resi-
dual material. Use a pipe with a traditional plastic sleeve as a wire-
guide tube and slide it onto the sawn couplings, then pass the wires
through (See FIG. 12). Please observe, that long horizontal sections
of the pressure pipe should be avoided. They can cause water
hammers, which can damage the pressure pipe or pumping sys-
tem. The maximum allowed pressure in the sytem is 4 bar.

5.4 Mounting the pump

- The pump(s) is/are already installed. Remove the transport straps
from the tank and the cardboard packing.
- For electrical connection, refer to sections 5.3 and 5.7.

5.5 Mounting the cover

- Before screwing on the cover, push the gasket up to the rim.
The gasket should not slide into the screw threads
ATTENTION !
during tightening !
- If the system is being installed indoors, the cover must be screwed
on as tightly as possible to ensure tightness in the event of damage
and prevent any infiltration of water or gas.
- To prevent any unauthorised opening of the cover (child safety),
particularly for buried installation, the cover may be locked in
place using the screw provided. To this end, drill a Ø 3mm hole in
the recession predefined on the tank's cover and flange (10°
angle), then screw in the screw.
(See FIG. 13 - below).
FIG. 13
5.6 Mounting the extension
- If necessary, a 300mm extension may be fitted. To screw it on using
the gasket, refer to the section on mounting the cover.
- After screwing on the extension, you should prevent it from loose-
ning by using the screws provided. To this end, drill a Ø 3mm hole in
the lower threading zone of the extension and tank threading, then
screw in the screws (See FIG. 14 below).
A single extension may be fitted.
ATTENTION !
If several extensions are fitted and the build-in
depth becomes therefore greater than 1.3 m, the system's static
safety is no longer guaranteed and the pump(s) may no longer be
accessed !

5.7.1 Float
- Secure the float's cable (SANITSON PREMIUM fitted with 1 SVO205
pump) to the Ø 32 PVC pipe.
- Check
or
position
the
(See FIG. 15).
5.7.2 IPAE
- Secure the IPAE inside Ø 32 PVC pipe in support at the bottom of
the tank.
- In the control unit, set the IPAE trip levels. The minimum setting
values may be the following (for an IPAE positioned at the bottom
of the tank and the pipe of arrival of the waste positioned like
above – FIG. 16) :
Pump n°1 trip height
Pump n°1 shut down height 12 cm
Pump n°2 trip height
Pump n°2 shut down height 12 cm
Overflow alarm height
- Also see setting control unit YN3000.
The pump's shut down level should not exceed
ATTENTION !
the motor frame's lower limit (Rep. M). The pump
start-up level must be set level with the bottom of the inlet pipe to
guarantee the cooling of the pump motors (Rep. H).
Not obeying these values may cause damage to the pump.

5.8 Electrical connection

Electrical connection must be performed by an approved
electrician, in accordance with the current local recommen-
dations.
- The type of current and the supply voltage must be in line with the
indications given on the nameplate.
- Protection via fuse on the supply side and an FI circuit breaker must
be provided in accordance with the current recommendations.
- The pump or the system must be earthed in accordance with the
recommendations.
- Pass the ends of the connection cables into the pumps and the
level detectors :
Either via the glands on the tank, in the case of indoor installation.
Cut-off the pump's electric socket if necessary (depending on the
pump type).
Or via the wire-guide tube, in the case of buried installation (See
chapter 5.2.1).
- Connect the pump's electric socket (provided) if it was previously
cut-off.
- Check that the cable inside the tank is long enough to allow the
pump to be taken out for servicing and/or maintenance.
- Connect the system to the mains supply.
