Preparation
Observe the instructions in the section entitled „Safety".
The device must be in an upright position.
If filling the tank from a water line, ensure that the line or a hose does not project
into the tank.
1. Pull up the red button on the safety valve [10] until all excess pressure is released from
the tank. (Fig. 3)
2. Press the pump handle [11] down and turn it counterclockwise.
► The pump handle is locked in place. (Fig. 4)
3. Unscrew the pump [2] from the tank [1]. (Fig. 5)
+
To ensure the pump remains clean during storage, we recommend you attach the
pump [2] to the pump holder [6]. (Fig. 6)
4. Add the liquid to the tank [1]. (Fig. 6)
5. Check the level [13] on the hose [5]. (Fig. 7)
All excess pressure must be released from the device.
+
Move the transparent hose [5] on the tank [1] from top to bottom several times (the
liquid level in the hose and tank is equalized). The liquid level [13] visible in the hose
[5] then corresponds to the level in the tank and can be read off the scale [12]. (Fig. 7)
6. Screw the pump [2] into the tank [1]. (Fig. 8)
7. Swivel in the pump holder [6]. (Fig. 8)
8. Press the pump handle [11] down and turn it clockwise.
► The pump handle is unlocked. (Fig. 9)
9. Generate pressure (approx. 2 bar) in the tank [1] (Fig. 10).
+
The maximum pressure should not exceed 6 bar (red line on the pressure gauge
[14], Fig. 10). If the maximum pressure is exceeded, the safety valve will engage and
release the excess pressure.
10. Press the pump handle [11] down and turn it counterclockwise.
► The pump handle is locked in place. (Fig. 4)
Use
Observe the instructions in the section entitled "Safety".
1. Connect the plug-in coupling [15] of the water pressure tank to the plug-in nipple [16] on
your device (Fig. 11)
2. Activate the ball valve [17]. (Fig. 11)
► The liquid starts to be supplied.
+
The amount of liquid can be regulated via the ball valve [17] on the device (e.g. drill).
3. If the pressure drops below 1 bar (min. 0.5 bar), pump again. (Fig. 10)
4. If the tank is empty, refill. (→ See chapter entitled „Preparation")
