Identifying faults using the LED display
What do the light sequences on the LED display mean? Different light sequences indicate dif
ferent things. But there are certain light sequences that you must pay attention to more than
others.

The energiser is pulsing, and the 10th light The energiser has switched to the fullpower

At each pulse, you see only red
lights (no green lights)
The 10th light segment flashes rapidly,
a few other light segments are illuminated, should be returned to the service
and the energiser does not work.

for more information
The fence may be heavily loaded (voltage below
or around 3 kV [3000 V]). Look for faults,
e.g. short circuit or arcing faults.
If no faults can be found, try subdividing the
fence.
The energiser has diagnosed a fault and

The energiser has diagnosed a fault and
centre for repair as soon as possible.
The energiser is too hot to operate safely.
This generally happens in places that experience
high daytime temperatures. The energiser
will resume normal operation when
the temperature cools down sufficiently.
