While the energiser is pulsing, if the large, green light segment on the right is lit up conti­
nuously, it is operating in full power mode. The energiser automatically switches to full power
mode when there is a heavy load on the fence.

The Remote Control Fence Compass
The Remote Control Fence Compass is
three tools in one. It acts as a:
• Volt / current meter – Providing instant
feedback on fence performance (vol­
tage and current)
• Fault finder – Assisting on the location
of faults anywhere on the fence system.
• Remote control – Switching the ener­
giser on or off from a remote location
anywhere on the electric fence system

Using the remote control
To turn on the fence:
1. Press to switch on the remote control
2. Insert the fence wire into the fence wire remote slot, ensuring that the fence wire touches
the remote contact. To locate the remote contact see the illustration of the remote control
above
3. Press to power the fence. The remote control will beep with each pulse of the energiser.
Tip:
If the remote control does not work, the fence wire has probably rusted or oxidised. Try
rubbing the remote contact against the fence wire to break through the layer of rust or oxidation.
To turn off the fence:
1. Press to switch on the remote control
