Solarmodul durch den eigenen Hochspannungsimpuls zu schützen, bestens bewährt. Berührt ein Unbefugter das Gehäuse oder den Rahmen des Solarmoduls, so erhält er einen sehr unangenehmen und abschreckenden Stromschlag. Nur der Eigentümer kann mit Hilfe eines isolierten Schlüssels das Gerät bedienen. Die Box ist über einen ca. 1 m langen Erdstab im Boden fest verankert.
- Page 4 Von vorne betrachtet hängt das Gerät dann hochkant im Kasten, wobei sich der Zaunanschluss rechts befindet. Auf der Außenseite der Box werden an den oberen Schrauben vor dem Anbringen der Muttern die rotbraunen Fiberglasringe als Dichtung untergelegt. An der ver- bleibenden unteren Schraube wird eine U-Scheibe 6*20 und die Stopmutter zum Befestigen verwendet. Das dickere schwarze Kabel führt in der Box zum Erdstab und muss mit dem grünen Erdanschluss des Weidezaungerätes verbunden werden. Nun muss noch eine Ader des Batteriekabels an geeigneter Stelle unterbrochen und über den Türkontaktschalter geführt werden, sodass der 12-V-Zuleitungsstromkreis bei geöffneter Tür unterbrochen ist. Sollte das Weidezaungerät einmal aus der Box ausgebaut werden müssen, so können dann der Türkontaktschalter und das 12-V-Zuleitungskabel in der Box verbleiben – es genügt, wenn der Anschlussstecker auf der Gehäuserückseite abgezogen wird. An der von vorne betrachtet linken Seite der Box befindet sich eine größere Kabeldurchführung. Diese ist zum Einführen des Solarmodul-Anschlusskabels vorgesehen. Auf der Fläche vor dem Tragegriff können die Halter für das Solarmodul befestigt werden. Hinweise: Die Schalterstellung „Tagsparschaltung“ und „Nachtsparschaltung“ (siehe auch Anleitung des Gerätes!) sind in der E-Box nur bedingt funktionsfähig, da die Sparschaltungen mit der Messung der Helligkeit in der Umgebung funktionieren. In der Box aber ist es permanent dunkel, also „Nacht“. Laut VDE-Richtlinien ist es nicht gestattet, die E-Box mit Netzstrom zu betreiben, d.h. das Betreiben des Weidezaungerätes (in der Box) mit Netzteil ist verboten! Erdung und Aufbau des Gerätes Schlagen Sie den Erdungsstab so weit wie möglich senkrecht in den Boden. Bei kritischen Erdungsverhältnissen (siehe auch Erdungsanleitung des Weidezaungerätes!) empfiehlt sich mindestens ein zweiter Erdungsstab, der im Abstand von 3 m mindestens 1m tief in den Boden eingeschlagen wird. Dieser wird mit dem Erdstab der Box durch ein Hochspannungs- Elektrozaunkabel oder durch einen verzinkten Draht verbunden. Lösen Sie die beiden Klemmschrauben (Innensechskant SW5) am Fuß der E-Box und setzen Sie die Box ganz auf den Erdstab. Wenn Sie das Gerät mit Solarmodul betreiben, achten Sie darauf, dass das Solarmodul gegen Süden ausgerichtet ist und dass die Sonnenstrahlen möglichst lange Zeit im Tagesverlauf senkrecht auf die Solarfläche auftreffen. Dann klemmen Sie die Box mit Hilfe der beiden Schrauben auf dem Erdstab fest. Das Zaunanschlusskabel befindet sich an der Unterseite der Box. Die rote Klemme dieses Kabels muss mit dem Zaun verbunden werden. Bei einer Festzaunanlage sollte das Zaunkabel durch Hochspannungs-Elektrozaunkabel ersetzt werden, welches dann fest mit dem Zaun und der Anschlussschraube an der Box verschraubt wird. Stellen Sie nun die Batterie in die Box und achten auf korrekten Anschluss (rote Klemme = + / schwarze Klemme = –). Achten Sie darauf, dass das Gerät eingeschaltet ist (Schalterstellung „halbe Leistung“ oder „ganze Leistung“) und...
- Page 5 schließen Sie die Tür mit dem isolierten Schlüssel ab. Sobald die Tür geschlossen ist, steht die Box unter der am Zaun anliegenden Spannung. Bitte bei Geräten mit Batterietestfunktion beachten: Um einen aussagekräftigen Batterietest durchführen zu können, muss das Solarmodul abgeklemmt oder abgedeckt werden. - Page 7 partie extérieure du boitier, calez les colliers en fibre vulcanisée marron-rouge pour la jointure. Pour assurer la fixation du dessous du boitier, utilisez l’écrou et la rondelle 6*20 en plus des vis restantes. Le gros câble noir est relié au piquet de terre à l’intérieur du boitier et doit être branché à la sortie terre (vert) de l’électrificateur. Il ne reste plus qu’à couper un fil du câble de la batterie à un endroit approprié et de le relier au commutateur de contact de la porte, afin que lorsque la porte est ouverte, le courant électrique 12V soit coupé. Cela permet de pouvoir laisser le com- mutateur de contact de la porte ainsi que le câble d’alimentation dans le boitier si l’électrificateur devait être retiré (il suffit de le débrancher par l’arrière du boitier). Quand on regarde le boitier de face, sur la gauche se trouve une plus grosse sortie de câble. Elle est prévue pour le passage du câble de raccord pour le module solaire. Celui-ci peut être fixé devant la poignée du boitier. Précisions : Se basant sur l’intensité lumineuse environnante, les positions de l’interrupteur d’économie d‘énergie „jour“ et „nuit“ (voir également les instructions de l’appareil !) ne fonction- nent que relativement dans le boitier. L’intérieur du boitier est toujours sombre, l’interrupteur est donc en permanence en position „nuit“. Les chocs électriques dus au courant du secteur pouvant être dangereux, les directives de la VDE* interdisent l’alimentation de l‘électrificateur (lorsque celui-ci se trouve dans le boitier antivol) par le secteur. Mise à la terre et montage de l‘appareil Enfoncez le piquet de terre dans le sol le plus profond possible en position verticale. Si le sol est particulièrement difficile (voir également les instructions de la mise à la terre de l’électrificateur !), prévoyez au moins un deuxième piquet qui devra être enfoncé à une distance de 3 mètres et à au moins 1 mètre de profondeur. Celui-ci sera relié au piquet de terre du boitier par un câble électrique haute tension ou par le biais d’un fil zingué. Dévissez les deux vis de blocage (avec la clé Allen) sous le boitier antivol et posez celui-ci sur le piquet de terre. Si vous utilisez un module solaire, assurez-vous qu’il soit orienté plein sud et que les rayons du soleil soient le plus longtemps possible perpendiculaire au panneau. Vissez ensuite le boitier sur le piquet de terre avec les deux vis. Le câble de raccord de la clôture se trouve sur la partie inférieure du boitier. La borne rouge de ce câble doit être connectée à la côture. Pour l’installation d’une clôture fixe, remplacez le câble par un fil électrique haute tension qui sera vissé à la clôture et au boitier grâce à la vis de raccord. Posez à présent la batterie dans le boitier et assurez-vous de la connecter correctement (Borne rouge = + / Borne noire = –). Assurez-vous que l’appareil soit allumé (Interrupteur sur position „demi-puissance“ ou „Pleine puissance“) et fermez la porte avec la clé isolée. Dès que la porte est fermée, le boitier reçoit le même courant qui est envoyé sur la clôture.

- Page 10 On the outside of the box, place the reddish brown vulcanised fibre rings as gaskets on the upper mounting bolts before attaching the nuts. To fasten the lower screw, the washer 6*20 and the locknut will be used. The thicker black cable inside the box leads to the earth stake and must be connected to the green earth terminal of the energiser. Now, one wire of the cable needs to be disconnected at a suitable position and guided across the door contact switch in order to interrupt the 12 V electric circuit when the door is open. In case the energiser has to be removed from the box, the door contact switch and the 12 V supply cable can remain in the box – just detach the connector plug from the rear of the energiser. On the left-hand side facing the box is a larger cable feedthrough intended for the connecting cable of the solar panel. Mount the solar panel brackets in front of the carry handle. Note: The switch settings “Day save mode” and “Night save mode” (see Energiser User Manual) are only capable of functioning conditionally since the save mode function is dependent on the amount of brightness in the surrounding area. But inside the box it is permanently dark, indicating “Night”. According to VDE standards (German Association for Electrical, Electronic & Information Technologies) operation of the Vandal-Proof Box with mains/line power is not allowed, i.e., operating the energiser (inside the box) with a mains adapter is prohibited. Earthing and assembly of the energiser Drive the earth stake vertically into the soil as deep as possible. If the soil condition is critical (see also the earthing instructions for the energiser), at least one more earth stake will have to be placed at a distance of 3 m and driven not less than 1 m into the ground. Connect it to the box’s earth stake with a high voltage cable or a galvanised wire. Loosen the two locking screws (hexagon socket SW5) at the base of the Vandal-Proof Box and place it on the earth stake. If you operate the energiser with a solar panel, make sure it faces south and that the sun rays hit the panel vertically as long as possible throughout the course of the day. Then attach the box to the earth stake with the two screws. The fence lead connector cable is located on the bottom of the box. The red spring clip of this cable must be connected to the fence. When installing a permanent fence, the cable must be replaced by a high voltage cable, which must be tightly screwed to the fence and to the connec- tion bolt of the box. Place the battery in the box, making sure that it is correctly connected (Red terminal = + / Black terminal = -). Check that the energiser is switched on (switch position «Half power» or «Full power») and close the door with the insulated key. As soon as the door is closed, the box is charged with the same voltage as the fence. Note for energisers with “battery test” func- tion: The solar panel must be disconnected or covered in order to carry out a reliable battery test. Maintenance tip: To keep the lock in good working condition, spray it regularly with spray oil (no rust remover!).
