16- GUARANTEE
The manufacturer guarantees the product for a period of 12 months from the date the invoice is issued. This
guarantee only covers faults in material and/or manufacture or assembly, provided:
- The customer has met all their contractual obligations
- The customer has duly informed the manufacturer that the product has been sent
- The customer sends the product carriage paid
- The product has been duly installed, maintained and operated according to the indications of this manual
The guarantee loses its validity in the following cases:
- When the problem is caused by poor product installation
- The manufacturer does not take responsibility for the poor operation of the pumps or any possible damage
caused by them due to mishandling or modifications and/or if it is used in unadvisable sectors or ones that
fail to comply with the provisions mentioned herein
- When the product has been dismantled totally or partially without express authorisation
The Guarantee is limited to the replacement of faulty parts and labour for such a replacement in
our authorised workshops, and charges will never be accepted by way of compensation for
damage or labour employed in the assembly and/or removal of the pumps in customer facilities.
To be able to access the product guarantee, a complete testing certificate must be attached, along
with proof of purchase.
17- RESPONSIBILITY
The manufacturer is not responsible for any possible imprecision contained herein due to errors of printing,
transcription or translation. The right is reserved to apply any modifications to apparatuses that might be
considered necessary or useful and which do not affect the essential characteristics.
