2. Use programme button (5) to select the setting you want if this is going to be less
than 100% power (70% - 10%).
3. Use the time buttons (1-3) to select the cooking time you want. The input you have
selected appears on the display. You can set it for up to 60 minutes.
4. After you have set the cooking time you want, you can then press the Start button
(6).
Please note: If you have set the wrong programme or would like to interrupt the

cooking in progress, press the "Start/Reset" button (6) - this sets the power
automatically back to 100%.

• DEFROSTING
This appliance has an automatic defrost programme. All you have to do is enter the

weight of the food.
1. First weigh the frozen food, place it in the microwave and close the door.
2. Press the programme button (5) 6 times until the symbol "DEF" appears on the
display.
3. Now enter the weight using button (2) for kilogrammes and (3) for grams. So if your
food weighs 1.3 kg, press the (2) button once and the (3) button three times. You
can enter up to a maximum of 2.0 kg.
Press the Start button (6). The microwave sets the time required by itself.
