Possible Cause
Fan switch turned off
Fan switch failed
Motor failed
House fuses blown
Power cord loose or disconnected
check valve and the outlet are not
tightly sealed
Leakage from the connection of
exhaust duct and cover
Broken/Faulty LED lamps
The distance between the range
hood and the cooking surface is
too high
The fixing screw not tight enough
Solution
Select a fan switch position.
Contact service center.
Contact service center.
Reset/Replace fuses.
Refit cord to power outlet.
Switch power outlet on.
Take down the check valve and seal
with sealant.
Take exhaust duct down and seal.
Replace LED lamps as per
instructions.
Reinstall the range hood to the
correct distance.
Tighten the hanging screw and level
the hood correctly.
