Fold rower
To fold the rower for storage roll the seat all the way
forward and remove the knob. Pull the sliding rail out
all the way, fold it up then allow it to drop down into
the main frame. Insert the knob though the sliding
rail to secure the unit. Finally fold the rear support
down.
Unfold rower
Follow the same steps as fold rower but in reverse
order.
