Reset restarts the shower-toilet.

Never open the unit to repair it yourself.
Never replace a defective mains cable yourself.

the GROHE Customer Service line.

Carrying out a reset

If general problems with the unit occur, you can carry out
a unit reset. The unit re-initialises itself. During the process,
the spray arm extends and retracts briefly.
Operation on the shower-toilet
Press the reset button under the service flap.
Operation using the remote control
Pressing " General settings " and then " Information " takes
you to the menu.
Press " Reset ".
