DESCRIPTION
Compressed air powered reciprocating piston pump. This high flow capacity pump is compatible with mineral and synthetic oils and suitable for
large installations with long length piping supplying several fluid outlets simultaneously.
This pump can be mounted on the wall, with wall mounting bracket (Part. No. 360140, 360139), or directly on a drum or tank, using a suction
tube of a suitable length.
WARNINGS
WARNING: Read all instruction manuals, tags, and labels
before operating the equipment. This equipment is for
!
professional use only.
• The use of non compatible fluids may cause damage in the pump
and serious personal injury. This equipment is not intended for use
with fluids that fall within the Group 1 fluid as defined that are
explosive, extremely flammable, highly flammable, flammable, very
toxic, toxic, oxidizing or where the vapor pressure if greater than 0,5
bar (7 psi) above the pressure atmospheric at the maximum
allowable temperature.
• The pump generates high or very high pressures. Do not exceed the
maximum air inlet pressure
• A direct hit against the human body may result in an injury.
• This unit may have stored pressure, release all pressure and disconnect
from any fluid systems before servicing. To ensure safe operation of this
INSTALLATION
These pumps can be installed directly on a drum or tank. However, we
recommend installation with a wall-mounting bracket (360140 / 360139).
They can be installed in three different ways:
a. Wall mounting with bung adapter. Insert the pump through the
wall bracket 360139 and attach it with the bung adapter 360002
(fig. 2).
b. Wall mounting with screws. Insert the pump through the wall
bracket 360140 and fix it with 4xM8 screws (fig. 3).
C. Adjustable drum or tank mounting, using bung adapter 360002.
Screw the proper suction tube (see fig. 4) to the foot valve of the
pump. Screw the nut of the bung adapter to the 2" opening of the
cover. Insert the suction tube through the nut and secure it with the
star nut at the desired height.
