5.6.4. Functiecontrole uitvoeren

Na de installatie en inbedrijfstelling van het apparaat
moet een afsluitende functiecontrole worden
uitgevoerd.
 Controleer de loopgeluiden van de circulatiepomp.
 Zet de GEWENSTE temperatuur op het bediening-
spaneel op een waarde van minstens 30 °C.
 Observeer de weergave „Actuele temperatuur" op
het bedieningspaneel. De temperatuur moet gaan
stijgen.

6. Gebruik

6.1. Starten van de verwarming

 Zet de bedienknop van de pomp op „Drukverschil
variabel" of „Drukverschil constant".
Om de verwarming te starten gaat u als volgt te werk:
 Druk op de toets „SET". De GEWENSTE temperatuur
begint te knipperen.
 Druk op de toetsen „PLUS" / „MIN" om de gewens-
te temperatuur in te stellen.
 Bevestig de gewenste waarde met de toets „OK".
Het vastgelegd vermogen begint te knipperen.
 Druk op de toetsen „PLUS" / „MIN" om het gewens-
te vastgelegd vermogen in te stellen.
 Bevestig de gewenste waarde met de toets „OK".
De GEWENSTE temperatuur kan in stappen
van 1 K tussen 10 en 90°C worden ingesteld.
Het vastgelegd vermogen kan in stappen van
2,4 kW (MEZ 21) resp. 9 kW (MEZ 36)
worden ingesteld
5.6.4. Performing Functional Checks
A final functional check must be executed after
installation and commissioning of the mobile electri-
cal heating unit:
 Check the running noise of the circulating pump.
 Set the SETPOINT temperature of the mobile
electrical heating unit to a value of at least 30°C on
the control panel.
 Observe the "ACTUAL Temperature" display on the
control panel. The temperature should increase.
6. Operation
6.1. Starting the Heating Operation
 Set the control knob of the pump to „Differential
pressure variable" or „Differential pressure con-
stant".
To start the heating operation, proceed as follows:
 Press "SET" key. The SETPOINT temperature starts
flashing.
 Press the "PLUS" / "MINUS" keys, to set the desired
SETPOINT temperature.
 Confirm the set value by pressing the "OK" key. The
preset power starts flashing.
 Press the "PLUS" / "MINUS" keys, to set the desired
preset power.
 Confirm the set value by pressing the "OK" key.
The SETPOINT temperature can be set in steps
of 1 K between 10 and 90 °C.
The preset power can be set in steps of 2.4 kW
(MEZ 21) respectively 9 kW (MEZ 36).

5.6.4. Réaliser un contrôle du fonctionnement
Il est nécessaire de réaliser un contrôle du
fonctionnement après l'installation et la mise en
service de l'unité de chauffage électrique mobile :
 Vérifiez les bruits de fonctionnement de la pompe
de circulation.
 Réglez la température nominale à une valeur d'au
moins 30°C sur le panneau de commande.
 Observez l'affichage "Température actuelle" sur le
panneau de commande. La température doit
augmenter.

6. Fonctionnement

6.1. Démarrage du mode chauffage
 Réglez le bouton de commande de la pompe sur
la fonction "Variable de pression variable" ou
"Constante de pression différentielle".
Veuillez procéder comme suit afin de démarrer le
mode chauffage :
 Appuyez sur la touche "SET". La température
nominale commence à clignoter.
 Appuyez sur les touches "PLUS" / "MOINS" afin de
définir la température nominale souhaitée.
 Validez la valeur réglée avec la touche "OK". La
puissance définie commence à clignoter.
 Appuyez sur les touches "PLUS" / "MOINS" afin de
paramétrer la puissance définie souhaitée.
 Validez la valeur réglée avec la touche "OK".
La température nominale peut être réglée
par palier d'1K entre 10 et 90 °C.
La puissance définie peut être réglée par
palier de 2,4 kW (MEZ 21) ou 9 kW (MEZ 36).
