Cleaning and Care
CAUTION!
■
Please ensure that the device is switched off before you clean hairs, waste etc. from
the rotating brush.
■
Never immerse the device, the mains adapter or the cable in water. No liquid must be
allowed to enter these devices during cleaning.
■
Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning pads for cleaning.
■
Only ever dry the cleaning cloth in the air, and never do so using a tumble dryer or a
hair dryer.
Before and after every use, make sure that
•
the nozzle and ventilation openings are clear,
•
no hairs, threads, or similar things are wrapped around the brush,
•
the cleaning cloth is clean,
•
the dust container has been emptied.
1. As required, wipe down the device with a dry or moist, lint-free cloth.
2. Wash the cleaning cloth if necessary: It can be washed in a washing machine at up
to max. 60°C. Do not use any fabric softener as this can reduce the suction of
the cleaning cloth! Please follow the instructions on the washing label on the
cleaning cloth. Then allow the cleaning cloth to dry in the air.
3. Store the device and the mains adapter in a dry place that is not accessible to children
or animals.
Troubleshooting
If the device stops working properly, fi rst check whether you are able to correct the prob-
lem yourself.
Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical device yourself!
Problem
The
device
works slowly or does
not start.
The battery is not
charging up.
4. Remove the dirt container after each use by pulling it up
out of the cleaning foot.
5. Tip the dirt container out over a rubbish bin and wipe it with
a damp cloth if necessary.
