5.4. MOVING THE WORKBENCH WITHOUT USING THE DRIVE

WARNING
High regenerative currents
Risk of fire and explosions due to high regenerative currents if the workbench is moved with the
drive unit extended but not activated.
» When the drive unit is extended, do not move the workbench without activating the drive.
1. Make sure that the control system is switched off.
» The system LED on the control handle is not lit.
2. If the system LED lights up:
» Keep the power switch on the control handle depressed for approx. 3 seconds.
3. Close the drawers and the door.
4. Release the parking brakes on both castors.
5. Move the workbench.
5.5. PARKING THE WORKBENCH SECURELY SO IT CANNOT ROLL AWAY

1. Make sure that the control system is switched off.
» The system LED on the control handle is not lit.
2. If the system LED lights up:
» Keep the power switch on the control handle depressed for approx. 3 seconds.
3. Turn the key on the battery to the OFF position.
» Withdraw the key and keep it safe.
4. Lock both castors by applying the parking brake.
» Always secure the workbench before starting work.
5.6. REMOVAL AND INSERTION OF THE DRAWERS
CAUTION
Drawers
Crush hazard for the hands and feet during insertion, removal and closure of the drawer.
» Wear safety shoes and safety gloves.
» Make sure the workbench is standing securely.
» Before starting work, apply the parking brakes on the castors.
