Arrangement of smoke detectors in corridors and hallways
In corridors and hallways with a minimum width of < 1 m, the smoke
detector should be mounted in the middle of the ceiling.
In corridors and hallways with a maximum width of 3 m, the distance
between two smoke detectors must not exceed 15 m. The distance to
the front sides of the corridor must not exceed 7.5 m.
