6. TROUBLESHOOTING
NOTE: Always get an authorised dealer to carry out maintenance work on your
machine.
The machine does not start:
1.
Did you plug it in?
2.
Is the power supply coming to the socket?
3. The emergency button is not switched off.
The slice thickness is irregular:
1. Is the space between the blades irregular?
2.
Are the blades well tensioned?
The bread vibrates in the cutters:
1.
Is the frame well aligned?
2.
Is the spring of the comb fixed correctly?
The bread cuts very slowly:
1.
Do the blades have to be replaced?
The bread breaks:
1.
Are the frames well aligned?
2. Does the spring of the bread pusher behave correctly?
3.
Do the blades have to be replaced?
7. REPLACE THE BLADES
NOTE: Make sure that you wear protective gloves when replacing the blades
or carrying out operations in the vicinity of the blades. Also make sure that the
machine is isolated from power supply before doing these works.
1.
Remove the bagging spade, and open the cover which protects the knife frames.
2.
Pull the handle and fix it at bottom position by a plastic screw.
