Attach each top handrail to the inCline

arm using 4 bolts (f) and 4 nuts (g). To
make assembly easier, lightly tighten all four
bolts to begin, then tighten firmly after all bolts
have been started.
Tighten all hardware from ASSEMBLY STEP 2.
