Caution
● Be sure to remove any rice or other material
adhering to and around the heating plate, center
sensor, upper casing, and the open/lock button.
(See p.33.)
Adhering material can prevent the lid from
closing, allow steam to leak out during cooking,
or enable the lid to open and the contents to
spray out, resulting in burns or other injury.

Place the inner pot in the rice
cooker.
(1) Be sure to set the pot properly (not set at
an angle).
(2) Close the lid.
