Never use the cable winch when you are not concentrated or
distracted. Never operate the device when you are under the
influence of alcohol or drugs.
Mount the device to an appropriate supporting point.
Work within the specified power range of the device at all
times. In doing so, follow the type label details and
specifications.
Never unreel the winch steel cable to the full extent – there
must always be app. 3 coil rounds on the roller.
When reeling up the steel cable, make sure it is reeled up
smoothly and evenly. Prevent uneven reeling.
Check regularly the carrying cable for any damage. Any
damaged cable must be immediately replaced.
Choose such a place of work where the pulled loads will not
put you at risk in any way.
Hang the pulled objects on the load hook at all times, never
just on the carrying cable.
Do not let any items, appliances or cables in the immediate
working area. Risk of tripping!
When in operation, follow the device and the object being
pulled.
Make sure there are no persons or groups of persons in the
working area as they could get injured by unsecured
components.
Please take the used packing material to the collection centre.
Children to be kept out of reach of the device.
Do not make any technical changes to the device.
Hold the winch handle firmly and do not ease up when the
crank is loaded and in an unsecured position. A failure to do
so may result in injuries.
If the hand cable winch is loaded, never release the blocking
hook (#55125)!
The winch may only be operated by hand. No engine drive
allowed.
If the handle is difficult to turn, the winch may be overloaded.

The hand cable winch has exclusively been designed for
horizontal load pulling. The cable winch cannot be used for
load lifting. Never transport any person with the winch. Use
the device as designated. The winch operator cannot load the
device beyond the specified maximum load limit. Applicable
injury prevention regulations must be observed. No technical
changes to the device are allowed.
