Error
Error handling
During the change-over procedure the ATS-ROTOR control unit checks the proximity switch's final position.
recognition
Should the final position signal fail, within 5 seconds an error message is set. An error status can occur for
a number of reasons. These could be for example errors within the programme process or for exceeding
time-outs. In such cases an ERROR signal is affected after 90 seconds. When such ERROR signals occur,
the clamping jaws in the change-over station automatically move to the open position, so that should a
torch be docked in the change-over station, it can be moved manually to a safe position outside of the
ATS-ROTOR. Thereafter, the error must be investigated. After resolving the error the power supply to the
ATS-ROTOR must be interrupted for at least 1 second, and the system reset (please refer to Commis-
sioning 3. Starting the rotor)
