MOD 1 = programmed change-over
When re-using a changed neck, the cut-off wire
remaining in the torch neck must be removed; the
wire cutting station DAV is used for this purpose.
The changed neck is positioned above the wire-cut-
ting device (ref. operating instructions "DAV").
By selecting the robot output "CUT", the wire is
clamped, and while the robot moves upwards the
wire is pulled out of the neck. The robot output
"CUT" must remain set until the wire is fully re-
moved.
Then the changed neck must be positioned above
the DAV (ref. operating instructions "DAV"). The
wire is cut to give the required stick-out.

MOD 2 = cyclic change-over
When OUT 1 = 1 and OUT 2 = 1, all necks have
been used and the ATS-ROTOR must be re-tooled
with new necks. After re-tooling, the power supply
to the ATS-ROTOR must be interrupted and the
ATS-ROTOR must be re-started.
(please refer to item no. 3 "Starting the rotor")
When OUT 1 = 0 and OUT 2 = 1 means that all
torches worn off and the ATS-Rotor must be
re-tooled. After re-tooling, the power supply to the
ATS-Rotor must be interrupted and the ATS-Rotor
must be re-started (refer to "Commissioning").
