Ingredients for Apple pie
Yeast dough or pizza dough / pre-prepared dough
Crème fraîche
Apples (Boskoop), cut into thin slices
Raisins
Sugar and cinnamon
Butter
Preparing
Use the Stöckli dough cutter to prepare pan-sized dough pieces and
spread them out in the pans so that the dough covers the sides.
Coat with crème fraîche – 1 to 2 table spoons per pan.
Add the apple slices.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Garnish with raisins
and flakes of butter
Bake for 8 – 10 minutes.
Turn or rotate the pies in the pan when they are brown on one side to cook them evenly
all over.
Do not overload the pan.
