Steamer cover (optional page 48)
The steamer cover lets you steam fine-chopped vegetables on the grill plate.
Recipe tip:
4–5 small carrot slices (blanched)
2 small cherry tomatoes, halved
2 broccoli hearts (blanched)
3 sugar-pea pods (blanched)
Arrange the chopped vegetables in a circle on the grill plate and pour a little water on
them. Cover with the steamer cover and leave for a few minutes. Ready.
