Software Installation Boston Scientific Neuromodulation (BSN) employees: To complete the installation, you will need your Clinician Programmer (CP) and another VPN- enabled BSN computer. This installation may only be performed on a compatible model CP, listed in this manual.

Plug the CP into a power source. Note: The CP must be plugged in and charged to at least 30% in order to perform software installation steps below.

  • Page 7 Software Installation on CP 20. Click Finish to complete installation. 21. After successful installation, a new window with a Confirmation Key will be displayed. 22. Record the confirmation key displayed on the screen and select “OK”. Note: The Confirmation Key is also displayed in the Bionic Navigator 3D system on the Configuration->Software Information tab under the computer icon.
