9d Schablone "S" von Seite 28 ausschneiden und auf das
Führerhausdach legen

Markierungen für Befestigungsbohrungen auf das
Führerhaus übertragen und

Bohrungen ø 2,5 mm anbringen.
9e Rechtes Windshield aus den Teilen 9.10 und 9.11, lin-
kes Windshield aus den Teilen 9.12 und 9.13 zusam-
menkleben.
9f Korrekten Sitz der Windshields am Fahrerhaus überprü-
fen, Teile rechts und links ankleben.
9g Fahrerhaus 9.8, Spoiler 9.14 und hintere Seitenblenden
9.20 und 9.21 lackieren.

Spoiler mit Blechschrauben 9.15 auf dem Fahrerhaus
befestigen.
9h Stabantenne 9.16 gemäß Zeichnung biegen und in das
Führerhaus einschieben.
Litzenantenne des Empfängers um ca. 500 mm kürzen,
abisolieren, Stecker der Antennensteckverbindung 9.17
anlöten und Isolierung aufschieben

Buchse der Antennen-Steckverbindung 9.17 an das
Ende der Stabantenne 9.16 löten, Isolierung aufschie-
ben.

Stabantenne im Führerhaus positionieren und mit
Zweikomponentenkleber punktweise verkleben.
9e Je eine Sechskantmutter 9.18 auf die Gewindestangen
9.19 aufdrehen.

Gewindestangen in die Seitenblenden 9.20 und 9.21
eindrehen. Steckschlüssel SW 5 zu Hilfe nehmen.
9i Seitenblendeneinheiten in den Leiterrahmen 1.1 ein-
stecken, nach den Kotflügeln ausrichten, innere
Sechskantmuttern aufdrehen und äußere Muttern kon-
tern.
9j Die Sonnenblende 9.22 mit Sechskantschrauben 9.23
und Hülsen 9.24 montieren.

9d Cut out the template "S" from page 28 and lay it on the
roof of the driver's cab.

Mark the position of the fixing holes on the driver's cab
and drill 2.5 mm Ø holes at the marked points.
9e Assemble the right-hand windshield from parts 9.10 and
9.11, and the left-hand windshield from parts 9.12 and
9.13.
9f Check that the windshields fit correctly on the driver's
cab, then glue the parts on both sides as shown.
9g Paint the driver's cab 9.8, the spoiler 9.14 and the rear
side fairings 9.20 and 9.21.

Attach the spoiler to the driver's cab using the self-tap-
ping screws 9.15.
9h Bend the whip aerial 9.16 to the shape shown in the
drawing and slide it into the driver's cab. Shorten the
receiver aerial by about 500 mm and strip the insulation
from the cut end. Solder the plug of the aerial connector
9.17 to it, and push the insulating sleeve over the joint.

Solder the socket of the aerial connector 9.17 to the end
of the whip aerial 9.16 and push the insulating sleeve
over the joint.

Position the whip aerial in the driver's cab and glue it in
place using a few drops of two-pack glue.
9e Screw a hexagon nut 9.18 onto each of the threaded
rods 9.19.

Screw the threaded rods into the side fairings 9.20 and
9.21. Use a 5 mm A/F box spanner to do this.
9i Insert the side fairing assemblies into the ladder frame
1.1 and align them with the mudguards. Fit the inside
hexagon nuts and lock them with the outside nuts.
9j Install the sunshield 9.22 using thehex-head screws
9.23 and sleeves 9.24.

Montage des éléments aérodynamiques, finition de la
cabine
9d Découper le gabarit « S » sur la page 28 et le disposer
sur le couvercle de la cabine.

Reporter les marques des alésages de fixation sur la
cabine et percer avec une mèche de Ø 2,5 mm.
9e Assembler par collage le profilé aérodynamique droit
avec les pièces 9.10 et 9.11, et les gauche avec les piè-
ces 9.12 et 9.13.
9f Veiller à ce que les profilés soient parfaitement installés
sur la cabine. Y coller les profilés aérodynamiques gau-
che et droit.
9g Peindre la cabine 9.6, l'aileron 9.14 et les profilés
latéraux arrière 9.20 et 9.21.

Fixer l'aileron avec les vis autotaraudeuses 9.15 à la
cabine.
9h Selon les indications du schéma, couder l'antenne rigide
9.16 et la glisser dans la cabine. Raccourcir le 500 mm
l'antenne souple du récepteur, l'isoler, y souder le
connecteur 9.17 et glisser la gaine isolante sur la sou-
dure.

Souder la douille du connecteur d'antenne 9.17 à l'ex-
trémité de l'antenne rigide 9.16, isoler avec la gaine iso-
lante.
-
Positionner l'antenne rigide dans la cabine et l'y coller
par points avec de la colle deux-composants.
9e Visser chaque fois un écrou six pans 9.18 sur les tiges
filetées 9.19.
-
Engager les tiges filetées dans les profilés latéraux 9.20
et 9.21, utiliser une clé mâle six pans de 5 sur-plats.
9i Planter les unités de profilés latéraux dans le châssis
1.1, les aligner en fonction des garde-boue, monter les
écrous six pans intérieurs et contrer avec les écrous
extérieurs.
9j Monter le pare-soleil 9.22 avec les vis six pans 9.23 et
les manchons 9.24.
