probeweise in die Stoßstange 8.11 einsetzen, ggf.
anpassen.

Metallisierung der Klebeflächen an den
Scheinwerfergehäusen 8.22, 8.23, 8.28und stirnseitig am
umlaufenden Rand entfernen.
Rand von 8.22 und 8.23 schwarz oder in Wagenfarbe
lackieren.
Montage der Anbauteile (Pos. 8.1 - 8.10)
-
Distanzstück 8.1 mit Blechschrauben 8.2 und
Distanzbuchsen 8.3 am Leiterrahmen 1.1 befestigen.
-
Winkel 8.4 mit Zylinderschrauben 8.5 und Stopmuttern
8.6 noch schwenkbar verschrauben.
-
Ersatzreifen 8.7 auf Ersatzfelge 8.8 aufziehen
-
Ersatzrad (8.7 - 8.8) und Batteriekasten 8.9 mit 4
Blechschrauben 8.10 befestigen.

Preparation
-
Trial-fit the headlight housings 8.22, 8.23 and 8.28 in
the bumper 8.11 and trim if necessary.
-
Remove metallized coating from joint surface and front
face of the headlight housings 8.22, 8.23 and 8.28.
Paint the edge of 8.22 and 8.23 black or the same
colour of the vehicle
Installing the external fittings (parts 8.1 - 8.10)
-
Attach the spacer 8.1 to the ladder frame 1.1 using the
self-tapping screws 8.2 and spacer sleeves 8.3.
-
Screw the brackets 8.4 in place using the cheesehead
screws 8.5 and self-locking nuts 8.6; they must be free
to swivel.
-
Pull the spare tyre 8.7 onto the spare wheel 8.8.
-
Attach the spare wheel (8.7 - 8.8) and the battery box
8.9 to the model using four self-tapping screws 8.10.

Travaux préliminaires:
-
Installer les boîtiers de projecteur 8.22, 8.23 et 8.28
pour essai dans le pare-chocs 8.11, si nécessaire, les
ajuster.
-
Retirer le film métallisé des boîtiers de projecteur 8.22,
8.23 et 8.28 au niveau des surfaces d´encollage et sur
les parties frontales, tout autour. Peindre le bord du 8.22
et 8.23 en noir ou à la couleur du véhicule.
Montage des éléments d'aménagement (pos. 8.1 à 8.10)
-
Fixer l'élément d'entretoise 8.1 avec les vis autotarau-
deuses 8.2 et les manchons-entretoises 8.3 au châssis
1.1.
-
Visser l'équerre 8.4 avec les vis cylindriques 8.5 et les
écrous autobloquants 8.6 de manière pivotante.
-
Installer le pneu de la roue de secours 8.7 sur la jante
8.8 de la roue de secours.
-
Fixer la roue de secours (8.7 et 8.8) et le coffret des
batteries 8.9 avec 4 vis autotaraudeuses 8.10.
