4a Karosseriehalter 4.1 mit Blechschrauben 4.2 am
Leiterrahmen 1.1 verschrauben

Eine Sechskantmutter 4.3 auf die Gewindestange 4.4
aufdrehen, Maß beachten!

Rechts: Einheit 4.3 - 4.4 durch Karosseriehalter 4.1 und
Leiterrahmen 1.1 schieben und von hinten eine
zweite Sechskantmutter 4.3 aufdrehen.
-
Einheit mit äußerer Sechskantmutter 4.3 kontern
und mit flüssigem Schraubensicherungsmittel sichern.
-
Links: Karosseriehalter mit Schraube 4.5 und einer wei-
teren Mutter 4.3 befestigen.
-
Motorhalter 4.6 mit Blechschrauben 4.2 am
Leiterrahmen 1.1 verschrauben.
Montage des Elektromotors und des Antriebsstrangs
(Pos. 4.7 - 4.14)
4b Welle mit Zahnrad 4.7 in das Getriebegehäuse 4.8
einstecken

Kupplung 4.9 mit Madenschrauben 4.10 am Wellenende
montieren.

Zahnrad mit Teflonfett leicht einfetten und Rückwand
4.11 einsetzen

Elektromotor 4.12 und Einheit 4.7 - 4.11 mit den
Innensechskant-Zylinderschrauben 4.13 am
Motorhalter 4.6 verschrauben,
-
dabei die Kardanwelle 4.14 in die Kupplung 4.9 und
die Antriebswelle 3.9 einsetzen.

Assembling bodywork holder and motor mount
(parts 4.1 - 4.6)
4a Attach the bodywork holders 4.1 to the ladder frame
1.1, using the self-tapping screws 4.2

Screw a hexagon nut 4.3 onto the threaded
rod 4.4, keeping to the stated dimension!

Right: slip the assemblie 4.3 - 4.4 through the bodywork
holder 4.1 and the ladder frame 1.1. Fit a further hexa-
gon nuts 4.3 from behind.
-
Tighten the outer hexagon nut 4.3 to lock it in
place. Secure the nut with thread-lock fluid.
-
Left: Attach the bodywork holder with the screw 4.5 and
a further nut 4.3.
-
Attach the motor mount 4.6 to the ladder frame 1.1
using the self-tapping screws 4.2
Assembling and installing the electric motor and power
train (parts 4.7 - 4.14)
4b Fit the shaft and gear 4.7 in the gearbox housing 4.8.

Fit the coupling 4.9 on the end of the shaft and fit the
grubscrews 4.10.
-
Lubricate the gear lightly with Teflon grease and fit the
rear cover 4.11.
-
Fix the electric motor 4.12 and the assembly 4.7 - 4.11
to the motor mount 4.6 using the socket-head cap
screws 4.13.
-
At the same time slide the propeller shaft 4.14 into the
coupling 4.9 and the drive shaft 3.9.

Montage du support-carrosserie et du support-moteur
(n° 4.1 - 4.6)
4a Visser le support-carrosserie 4.1 avec les vis
autotaraudeuses 4.2 au châssis 1.1.
-
Monter un écrou six pans 4.3 sur la tige
filetée 4.4. Tenir compte de la cote indiquée.
-
Droite: Planter l' unité 4.3 - 4.4 dans l' alésage du
support-carrosserie 4.1 et du châssis. Monter un écrou
six pans 4.3 de l´arrière.
-
Le bloquer avec l´écrou six pans extérieur, freiner
avec un produit approprié.
-
Gauche: Visser le support-carrosserie avec la vis 4.5 et
un écrou 4.3.
-
Visser le support-moteur 4.5 avec les vis
autotaraudeuses 4.2 au châssis 1.1
Montage du moteur électrique et de l'entraînement
(n° 4.6 à 4.14)
4b planter l'arbre avec la roue dentée 4.7 dans le carter-
d'engrenage 4.8.
-
Monter l'accouplement 4.9 avec les vis sans tête 4.10
sur l'extrémité de l'arbre.
-
Graisser légèrement la roue dentée avec de la graisse
au Téflon et mettre la paroi arrière 4.11 en place.
-
Visser le moteur électrique 4.12 et l'unité 4.7 à 4.11
avec les vis à tête cylindrique six pans creux 4.13 au
support-moteur 4.6.
-
Ce faisant, engager le cardan 4.13 dans l'accouplement
4.9 et l'arbre d'entraînement 3.9.
