5. USING THE PRODUCT

First steps
IMPORTANT: Set up the side stepper on a horizontal, even and stable surface. We
recommend placing a rectangular carpet or rubber padding under the side stepper. This
will protect the floor, especially after use over an extended period. Make sure there is a
safety clearance of at least 2.5 meters on all sides of the product.
Adjusting the stepping height
Turn knob
The stepping height can be adjusted by turning the turn knob. The higher the stepping
height, the higher the difficulty level.
Turn right to increase the stepping height.
Turn left to decrease the stepping height.
PLEASE NOTE! If the stepping height is set too low, the computer does not receive a
correct signal and will not count!
