Connect the colour coated, fourfold air hose on the
back of the machine (Fig. 8.01) and to the double
foot pedal (Fig. 8.02).
Green hose → A1 Green
White hose → B1 White
Black hose → A
Blue hose → P
Use the pneumatic Parallel Crimp Machine AT-SC MK II only with conditioned air (lubricated and filtered).
Standard Filter: 30 µm.
Connect AIR MAX. (Fig. 8.01) of the pneumatic Parallel Crimp Machine AT-SC MK II to the main air
supply with the included black air hose Ø 8/6 mm.
Working Air Pressure: 6 bar/87 psi.
CAUTION!
 Connect compressed air supply with supplied compressed air tube (length 1m).
 The machine can only be depressurized by disconnecting the machine from the
main air supply (Air Max.).
INFORMATION:
 Use only lubricated and filtered compressed air.

Reset of the adjusting mechanism to factory setting

The crimp height of the pneumatic Parallel Crimp Machine AT-SC MK II is already adjusted for the usage
of the different TE-die sets. No changes of the crimp height are necessary.
DANGER!
 Due to the risk of hand or finger injury, never try to reach into the machine before
having assured that the machine is disconnected from the air supply.
