General Information/Product Description/Function

When the pneumatic Parallel Crimp Machine AT-SC MK II is used in accordance with the instruction for
use, it is safe to operate. If the safety precautions and the warnings are not strictly observed the
employment of the pneumatic Parallel Crimp Machine AT-SC MK II could be dangerous.
INFORMATION:
 Due to its patented safety mechanism, the pneumatic Parallel Crimp Machine
AT-SC MK II can be operated WITHOUT additional safety guard.
The pneumatic Parallel Crimp Machine AT-SC MK II is a pneumatic crimp machine for TE
interchangeable crimping system designed as a complete table top unit. With the pneumatic Parallel
Crimp Machine AT-SC MK II the most common terminals on the market can be crimped with the TE
interchangeable crimping systems.
All other applications of the pneumatic Parallel Crimp Machine AT-SC MK II are only permitted with a
written permission of the manufacturer. For all unauthorised applications of the pneumatic Parallel Crimp
Machine AT-SC MK II the manufacturer cannot be held liable for any resultant damage or injury.
The mechanic, pneumatic safety control mechanism guarantees a 3-step crimping sequence:
1. Step: Terminal hold down.
2. Step: Hold on the terminal.
3. Step: Actual terminal crimping cycle.
By pressing the pneumatic double foot pedal, the crimping cycle of the pneumatic Parallel Crimp Machine
AT-SC MK II is activated and thus the operator has both hands free to insert the terminal. All pneumatic
Parallel Crimp Machines AT-SC MK II are equipped with a positive closing mechanism and guarantee a
constant crimp quality.
In case of blocked jaws caused by operation or handling errors or wrongly placed terminals, press the
release button to open the jaws.
