CAUTION!
Every machine operator, who is working with the machine, must read and
understand the operating instruction. During the work on or with the machine the
operator has to follow the guidelines of the operating instruction.
The crimp machine is only allowed to be used with mounted dies and die adapter.
The pneumatic Parallel Crimp Machine AT-SC MK II may only be set up and
operated in perfect technical condition, observing all the safety regulations and
considering any possible dangers.
Assure free access to the operating elements of the machine, especially the foot
pedal and the release button. In the case of imminent danger immediately press the
release button. The release button must be within the direct reach of the operator. It
must not be covered.
When working with the pneumatic Parallel Crimp Machine AT-SC MK II, do not wear
loose clothing, jewellery or long, loose hair that can get caught in the mechanism.
Work with caution.
In cases of a machine malfunction, production must be stopped and the
malfunction must be fixed before continuing work with the machine.
Only one person is allowed to work on or with the machine at a time.
Only trained personal are allowed to work on or with the machine.
It is only allowed to work with the specified crimping force.
In the case, that the crimp height was changed by the user, the adjusting mechanism can be reset to
factory settings as follows:
Pay attention that the SDE-Adapter (see figure 8.03) or another

released adapter (available adapters see chapter 9.1) is mounted
into the machine without die set.

Remove the plug (1) in front of the adjusting
screw. (Fig. 8.03)

Loosen the adjusting screw (2) (anti-clockwise).

Push down the right foot pedal and hold it (Fig. 8.04).
-
Tighten the adjusting screw (2) (clockwise).
-
Release the foot pedal. Should the machine
does not open, abort the crimp cycle by
pressing the release button.

If necessary, remove the adjusting screw (2) again and repeat adjusting
procedure as described above.

Turn the adjusting screw (2) by a ¼ of a turn counter clockwise.
