4.3.2 SALITA CON IL SOLLEVATORE MINIBENCH
ECO
AVVERTENZA
Il MINIBENCH ECO può essere utilizzato solo da persone autoriz-
zate e debitamente istruite. Accertarsi che nell'area di lavoro non vi
siano persone e/o oggetti prima di effettuare qualsiasi manovra.
Prima di qualsiasi operazione accertarsi che il veicolo sia corretta-
mente posizionato sul sollevatore.
Dopo la verifica del funzionamento dei dispositivi di sicurezza si
può procedere ad operare con il MINIBENCH ECO.
Verificare che la pedana mobile sia tutta abbassata, quindi che i
braccetti di sollevamento siano chiusi.
Operare quindi come segue (Figura 6 ):
•
Posizionare il veicolo sul sollevatore in modo che il peso risul-
ti ripartito nel miglior modo possibile.
•
Se il sollevatore è infossato tenere premuto il pulsante di
salita <4> (Figura 5 ) fin tanto che la pedana mobile superiore
del sollevatore risulti essere fuori dalla fossa di tanto quanto
sia necessario per consentire l'apertura dei braccetti; dunque
aprire i braccetti procedendo come segue:
•
nel sollevatore ad apertura automatica dei braccetti pre-
mere il pulsante <1> (Figura 5 ) fin tanto che i quattro braccetti
<2> (Figura 2 ) non siano totalmente aperti.
•
nel sollevatore ad apertura manuale dei braccetti aprire
manualmente i 4 braccetti <2> (Figura 2 ) fino a portarli in
posizione perpendicolare alla pedana mobile superiore <4>
(Figura 2 ).
•
Inserire i tamponi ( nr.3 Figura 2 ) per il sollevamento sui quat-
tro braccetti ( nr.2 Figura 2 ).
•
Se il sollevatore è installato sopra il pavimento aprire i brac-
cetti procedendo come segue:
•
Posizionare il veicolo sul sollevatore in modo che il peso risul-
ti ripartito nel miglior modo possibile.
•
nel sollevatore ad apertura automatica dei braccetti pre-
mere il pulsante <1> (Figura 5 ) fin tanto che i quattro braccetti
<2> (Figura 2 ) non siano totalmente aperti.
•
nel sollevatore ad apertura manuale dei braccetti aprire
manualmente i 4 braccetti <2> (Figura 2 ) fino a portarli in
posizione perpendicolare alla pedana mobile superiore <4>
(Figura 2 ).
•
Inserire i tamponi ( nr.3 Figura 2 ) per il sollevamento sui quat-
tro braccetti ( nr.2 Figura 2 ).
•
Regolare i 4 tamponi ( nr.3 Figura 2 ) affinché i dischi in gom-

Considerare questo effetto prima del posizionamento del veicolo
sul sollevatore.

4.3.2 RAISING THE MINIBENCH ECO LIFT
MINIBENCH ECO must be used only by authorised and sufficiently
trained personnel. Before attempting any operations, ensure there
are no people or objects in the work area. Make sure the vehicle is
correctly positioned on the lift before attempting any operations.
After checking that the safety devices are operating correctly,
operations can begin using the MINIBENCH ECO.
Make sure that the mobile platform is fully lowered, and that the
lifting arms are closed.
Procedure (Figure 6 ):
•
Position the vehicle on the lift so that its weight is distributed
as evenly as possible.
•
If the lift is in a pit hold down the rise push-button <4> (Figu-
re 5 ) until the upper mobile platform of the lift is out of the pit
enough to ensure that the arms open, and then open the arms
proceeding as follows:
•
for lifts with automatic arm opening, press push-button <1>
(Figure 5 on page 27) until the four arms <2> (Figure 2 ) are
fully open.
•
for the lift with manual arm opening, manually open the 4
arms <2> (Figure 2 ) until they are perpendicular with respect
to the upper mobile platform <4> (Figure 2 ).
•
Fit the pads ( No.3 Figure 2 ) for lifting on the four arms ( No.2
Figure 2 ).
•
If the lift is installed on the floor, open the arms and proceed
as follows:
•
Position the vehicle on the lift so that its weight is distributed
as evenly as possible.
•
for lifts with automatic arm opening, press push-button <1>
(Figure 5 ) until the four arms <2> (Figure 2 ) are fully open.
•
for the lift with manual arm opening, manually open the 4
arms <2> (Figure 2 ) until they are perpendicular with respect
to the upper mobile platform <4> (Figure 2 ).
•
Fit the pads ( No.3 Figure 2 ) for lifting on the four arms ( No.2
Figure 2 ).
•
Adjust the 4 pads ( No.3 Figure 2 ) so that the rubber disks
rest on the lifting points on the lower part of the vehicle body.
Removing parts of the vehicle changes its centre of gravity. This
must be taken into account before positioning the vehicle on the lift.
