1.2.1 ESCLUSIONI DALLA GARANZIA
Alla consegna è necessario verificare che il prodotto non abbia su-
bito danni durante il trasporto e che la dotazione di accessori sia
integra e completa. Eventuali reclami dovranno essere presentati
entro 8 giorni dalla consegna del sollevatore. Oltre ai casi previsti
nel contratto di fornitura la garanzia decade:
Qualora si dovesse verificare un errore di manovra imputabile
all'operatore.
Qualora il danno sia imputabile ad insufficiente manutenzio-
ne.
Qualora venga oltrepassata la portata effettiva prevista.
Qualora la macchina abbia subito cambiamenti ed il danno
sia causato da tali cambiamenti, in seguito ad interventi di
riparazione eseguiti dall'utilizzatore senza il consenso della
SPANESI S.p.A. o a causa del montaggio di pezzi di ricambio
non originali.
Qualora non vengano rispettate le istruzioni descritte nel li-
bretto d'istruzione.
1.3 LA CERTIFICAZIONE CE
La Direttiva 98/37/CE conosciuta comunemente come "Direttiva
Macchine", precisa le condizioni con le quali una macchina può
essere immessa nel mercato. Detta Direttiva prescrive che tutte le
macchine possono essere commercializzate e messe in servizio
soltanto se non pregiudicano la sicurezza e la salute delle persone,
degli animali domestici o dei beni. Per attestare la conformità del
MINIBENCH ECO alle disposizioni della Direttiva la SPANESI S.p.A.,
prima della commercializzazione, ha sottoposto all'esame di un or-
ganismo notificato un esemplare della macchina. Il MINIBENCH
ECO, costruito in conformità alle disposizioni contenute nella diret-
tiva 98/37/CE ha superato l'esame effettuato e può quindi essere
immesso sul mercato senza pregiudicare la sicurezza
dell'utilizzatore.
Il MINIBENCH ECO, viene quindi consegnato al cliente dotato ed
accompagnato di:

Libretto Istruzione per l'Uso
1.4 DESTINAZIONE D'USO
Il MINIBENCH ECO è una macchina progettata e costruita esclusi-
vamente per il sollevamento di veicoli all'altezza desiderata allo
scopo di facilitare la carteggiatura o lo smontaggio del veicolo.
Il MINIBENCH ECO deve essere usato esclusivamente per
il sollevamento di veicoli, rispettando i limiti di portata in-
dicati nella targhetta d'identificazione.
Il veicolo da sollevare deve essere collocato sul
MINIBENCH ECO in modo che il peso risulti ripartito nel
miglior modo possibile.
Il MINIBENCH ECO non deve essere usato per effettuare il
lavaggio o lo sgrassaggio di veicoli.
Il MINIBENCH ECO non è atto al sollevamento di persone.
Il MINIBENCH ECO non può essere destinato all'impiego
con sistemi di tiro.

1.2.1 ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM THE GUARANTEE
Upon delivery, the purchaser must check that the product has not
been damaged during shipment and that all the accessories have
been included and are in perfect condition. Any claims must be
notified within 8 days of delivery of the lift. In addition to the cases
provided for in the supply contract, the guarantee will be
considered null and void:
•
If the machine has been used incorrectly by the operator.
•
If the damage is due to insufficient maintenance.
•
If the lift is overloaded, exceeding the maximum capacity.
•
If the machine has been altered, and the damage is caused by
these alterations as a result of repair work carried out by the
user without the approval of SPANESI S.p.A. or due the use of
non-original spare parts.
•
If the instructions in this manual are not followed.
1.3 CE CERTIFICATION
Directive 98/37/CE commonly known as the "Machines Directives",
lays down the conditions under which the machine can be put on
the market. This Directive prescribes that all machine can be sold
and used only if they do not endanger the safety and health of people,
pets or property. To certify compliance of MINIBENCH ECO with the
provisions of the Directive, prior to sale, SPANESI S.p.A. submitted
a sample to an authorised institute. MINIBENCH ECO, built in
compliance with the provisions contained in the directive 98/37/CE,
has passed the certification test and the authorised institute has
therefore issued the CE certification.
MINIBENCH ECO is therefore delivered to the customer, provided
with:

1.4 INTENDED USE
MINIBENCH ECO is a machine designed and built solely for lifting
vehicles to the required height in order to facilitate the sanding and
dismantling of the vehicle.
•
MINIBENCH ECO must be used exclusively for lifting
vehicles observing the capacity limits indicated on the
identification plate.
•
Position the vehicle to be lifted on the MINIBENCH ECO
so that its weight is distributed as evenly as possible.
•
MINIBENCH ECO must not be used for washing or
degreasing vehicles.
•
MINIBENCH ECO is not suitable for lifting people.
•
MINIBENCH ECO cannot be used with pull systems.
