Hints and tips: bake crepes right
∙ Switch on the device on the desired temperature:
∙ Level I: bright crepes
∙ Level II: slightly browned crepes
∙ Level III: browned crepes
∙ Place the dough in the middle of the baking plate
∙ Dip the spreader briefly in water and spread the dough thinly and evenly
∙ Turn the dough after about 90-120 seconds using the spatula
∙ NOTE: These figures are indicative and dependent on, for example, Ingredients,
consistency, etc. If the crepes are browned too much, turn down the temperature.
∙ Tip: always briefly immerse the spreader into water, then spreading the dough is
much easier.
