 INSTALLATION
o
Take off all the packaging. If there is a protective film over the oven, tear it off
before use. Check carefully for damage. If there is any, notify the dealer
immediately or send the appliance to the manufacturer's service center.
o
Microwave ovens must be placed in dry and non-corrosive environments, kept away
from heat and humidity, such as gas burners or water tanks.
o
To ensure there is sufficient ventilation, the back of the microwave should be at
least 10 cm away from the wall, the side should be at least 5 cm away from the wall
and there should be a free area of at least 20 cm above the microwave. The
microwave should be at least 85 cm from the ground.
o
The microwave should be positioned as far away as possible from the TV, radio or
antenna so that it does not interfere with the reception. This distance should be 5m
or more.
o
The appliance must be positioned so that the plug is accessible, and must ensure a
good grounding in case there is a leak, so that a ground loop can be formed to avoid
an electric shock.
o
The microwave oven must be operated with the door closed.
o
The microwave oven must not be placed in a cupboard. The microwave oven is
designed to be used as a freestanding unit.
o
The back of the oven must be placed against a wall.
o
As there is manufacturing residue or oil inside the oven and/or on the heat element,
it usually smells the first time it is used, there may even be a little smoke. This is
completely normal and will no longer happen after several uses. Keep the door or
window open to ensure the room is well ventilated. It is advisable to place a glass of
water on the turntable, change the power setting to high and repeat several times.
 CLEANING
o
The oven should be cleaned regularly and any food deposits removed.
o
o
Remove the power cord from the wall outlet before cleaning. Don't immerse the
appliance in water or other fluids when cleaning.
o
Failure to maintain the oven in a clean condition could lead to deterioration of the
surface that could adversely affect the life of the appliance and possibly result in a
hazardous situation.
o
Never use hard detergent, gasoline, abrasive powder or metal brush to clean any
part of the appliance.
o
Do not remove the waveguide cover.
