Remove nozzle plug
For the case that particles or dirt plug the nozzle, this
sprayer is equipped with a reversible spray nozzle.
1. Lock gun safety latch. Turn the spray tip to cleaning
position (arrow pointing towards the rear). Disengage the
gun safety latch, direct the gun into a collection tank or a
piece of backing paper. Briefly trigger the spray gun trig-
ger to unclog it.
Rotate spray tip to cleaning position.
NOTE:
If it is difficult to rotate the spray tip to the cleaning posi-
tion, perform pressure relief procedure.
2. Lock gun safety latch. Rotate spray tip back to the
SPRAYING position. Disengage the trigger safety lock
and continue spraying.

After cleaning the device, the gun must be freed of exter-
nal paint residues and depressurised.
NOTE:
In order to prevent any damage to the pistol parts, do not
leave either the pistol or any other parts in water or sol-
vent cleaning agents. The pistol CANNOT tolerate any
strong cleaning agents, such as cleaning agents conta-
ining chloromethane.
Maintenance and care
In order to damage to persons, please read all warning
notice in this operating manual before performing main-
tenance work.
Clean/replace filter
1. Actuate the trigger lock and perform the pressure relief
procedure.
2. Disconnect the fluid hose from the gun swivel joint.
3. Open the protective clip on the trigger.
4. Unscrew the gun handle.
5. Remove the filter through the top of the handle.
6. Clean filter. Loosen and remove severe deposits with a
soft brush.
7. If the filter can no longer be sufficiently cleaned, insert
a new filter.
8. Reattach the handle to the gun. Tighten well by hand.
9. Reattach the protective clip on the trigger.
