5. Check the device filter (C) for debris. If needed, clean
filter with water or flushing fluid and a soft brush.
a. Insert the sealed (square) end of the filters (C) into the
sprayer.
b. Screw the screw connection thread (B) into the sprayer
and tighten it.
6. Then reconnect the Airless hose (A) to the connection
thread. Use wrench to tighten securely.
Clean the Gun

Storage

With proper storage, the sprayer will be ready to use the
next time it is needed.
After cleaning always flush the system using the blue
Koro-Check preservation substance (part no. 69 09 10).
Water left in sprayer will corrode and damage pump. See
section on cleaning.
• Before storing sprayer make sure all water is drained
out of sprayer and hoses.
• Do not allow water to freeze in sprayer or hose.
• Do not store sprayer under pressure.
• Store sprayer indoors.
1. Carry out the pressure relief procedures.
Original instruction
1. Clean the gun filter with water or flushing agent and a
brush each time you flush the system. Replace gun filter
if damaged.
2. Remove the spray tip and tip guard assembly and clean
with water or flushing agent and a brush.
3. Wipe paint off the spray gun using a damp cloth (add
flushing agent as required).
Short term storage
Flush the system as described in the "Cleaning" section.
Finally, flush the device with the "Coro-Check" preservati-
on fluid provided (Art. no. 69 09 10) (approx. 100 ml. to
approx. 2 - 3 l water) and relieve the mixture through the
gun out of the pump. Keep the bypass valve closed during
storage.
Long-term storage
In case of long-term storage flush the device using undilu-
ted preservation concentrate.
Commissioning after extended storage:
Flush the sprayer with clean water prior to use. Flush the
device with a solvent that is compatible with the coating
substance when using solvent-based paint.
2. Set the Prime/Spray valve to PRIME.
