Maintenance
Routine maintenance is important to ensure proper opera-
tion of your sprayer.
Activities
Check/clean device filter, input
screen and gun filter.
Inspect motor shroud openings for
blockage.
NOTE:
Protect the internal drive parts of this sprayer from water.
Openings in shroud allow cooling of mechanical parts and
electronics inside. If water gets into these openings, the
sprayer could malfunction or be permanently damaged.
Airless Hoses
Check the hose prior to each use. Do not attempt to
repair the hose if the hose sleeve or the connection
thread are damaged. Do not use hoses under a length of
7.6 m. Tighten using two wrenches.
Spray Tips
• Always clean tips with compatible cleaning fluid and
brush after spraying.
• Depending on the abrasive characteristics of the paint
the tips must be replaced after between 57 litres and
227 litres because the tip hole extends.
Pump Repair
When pump packings wear, paint will begin to leak down
outside of pump.
• A pump repair kit must always be available. Replace
the pump repair kit prior to the next use as per the
enclosed instructions.
• See pump unit.
Disassembling the pump unit
Always complete the pressure relief process prior to
repair work.
1. Unplug the sprayer from the power source.
2. Pull both tabs on the side of the maintenance flap
towards yourself while pushing the entire flap towards
the top.
