8. Maintenance

To ensure optimum performance and life-time:
• Protect the heater against corrosion, damage and deformation.
• Avoid impacts against the heater.
• Protect the heater from water and very high humidity.
• Always store the heaters during clean and dry conditions.
• For cleaning please use only dry procedures, not water. Switch the heater off
during the process and secure it against accidental switching on.
For the rest the SKF non-adjustable induction heaters type EAZ are considered as
maintenance free.
All repairs should be carried out by an SKF authorised repair facility.
Dispose the heater according to current regulations.
