• Tighten the banjo screw [16-1].
• Insert O-ring [16-8].
• Tighten the hex socket screw [16-9].
• Insert the control piston [15-6].
• Insert the paint needle [15-5].
• Position both springs [15-3], [15-4].
• Screw on the end cap [15-2].
• Screw on the regulating cap [15-1].
• Adjust the material flow if necessary (see chapter 9.2).
10.6. Replacing control piston seal retainer
Dismantle control piston seal retainer
• Unscrew the regulating cap [17-1].
• Unscrew the end cap [17-2].
• Remove both springs [17-3], [17-4].
• Remove paint needle [17-5].
• Pull the control piston [17-6] out using flat pliers.
• Unscrew seal retainer (spanner size 19) [17-7].
• Check parts for damage and soiling, clean or replace if necessary.
Fit new control piston seal retainer
• Screw in the seal retainer [17-7].
• Insert the control piston [17-6].
• Insert the paint needle [17-5].
• Position both springs [17-3], [17-4].
• Screw on the end cap [17-2].
• Screw on the regulating cap [17-1].
• Adjust the material flow if necessary (see chapter 9.2).
11. Care and storage
Careful handling together with constant maintenance and care of the
product is necessary to warrant the functioning of the automatic gun.
Every time after use, always clean the automatic gun, check its function
and check for leaks. After cleaning, dry the complete automatic gun with
clean compressed air.
